  The complex is located in the best part of town. And the acomidations are amazing and the guest service is impeccable. All the staff is incredible helpful and always available. Though everything is taken care before u even arrive. Would never stay anywhere else!!!

  Having stayed in Cancun several times I wanted to get out of the hotel zone and try a condo. Playa del Carmen is what Cancun was 10 years ago-fabulous! This condo is in a perfect location. The beach is right there and beautiful. The ferry port is a 4-5 minute walk and you are one block of the tourist area 5th street. The condo has everything you need- shop on your first day and you can cook meals in the condos or grill on the roof. We tried hard to find complaints and only came up with dull knives in the kitchen and the hammock on the roof was not as comfortable as one would expect. Speaking of the rooftop- that is the cherry on top. It added and extra 300+ living space to the condo. We used it for morning coffee, naps, card games, entertaining company, and of course grilling dinner. The unit is safe, the staff is extremely helpful and we would definitely rent again.

  This place is awesome! We went back and forth about whether or not we wanted an all inclusive or a condo for our vacation and we absolutely made the right choice. The location is perfect, the condo complex is just the right size and the property is incredible. The pictures on line do not do it justice. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Playa del Carmen. You will not be disappointed. I took my family and my parents so the three bedroom was perfect for us. My kids (12 and 15) loved the terrace balcony and my hard-to-please father just wants to return to the condo and Playa del Carmen. We have travelled all over the world and this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. I highly recommend this rental property.

  Great stay! Our only issue with F-3 was that the grill on the roof deck needs to be replaced. Somebody came to work on it, but even after that, only half the burners worked. Other than that, we were thrilled with our week in Playa.

  Very nice place, right on the beach. The Fusion restaurant next door was great. walking distance to Wal Mart and other groceriy stores. would recommend it to anyone. the roof patio was really nice to enjoy, every night.
