With air conditioning in every room, washer and dryer, maid service, and all towels and linens supplied, you can't go wrong!

  The condo was amazing! So clean and the service was wonderful. My kids loved the pool and beach. The closeness to town was a huge plus since we didn't rent a car. The condo is centrally located and we could walk to all the great restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again!

  Great location about a 5 minute walk from la quinta and right on the beach. Grounds are well maintained. Balconies all give great views of the grounds and the beach. Safe. Close enough but far enough from la quinta. Good for families and couples alike. Would definitely stay again.

  Property was beautiful. Condo was very nice with fabulous long balcony and fabulous view of pools with multi-blue ocean just beyond! What a way to wake up. Activities, bars, restaurants, shops within short walking distance if lazing on the white sand beach wasn't enough. It was a relaxing, affordable stay that we will do again.

  This was our second time back to Xaman ha condos and we really love it. Tomas (security is so nice and helpful, Robin awesome bartender, the facility is clean and is a great location. We stayed for a wedding at Playacar palace and was not impressed and could not wait to get to the condos right next door, so much more comfortable and like home! Lots cheaper too!

  The staff was very good at communicating with us and taking care of issues immediately. This particular unit is the best one we have stayed in throughout our years of visits. There was a leak in the condo due to structural issues with the building. The staff was immediate in their response and cleaned up the problem. The unit could use some more hooks to hang wet suits and the door entry is without a knob or handle. This made it hard to close or open. These are very small complaints for an otherwise perfect stay and management company

  XamanHa's location is perfect--the pool and beach were just steps away from our room. The views from the large balcony were incredible (at all times and especially the sunrises)--coffee/breakfast on the balcony every morning listening to the waves crashing on the shore is such a relaxing memory. The convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay for a family of 6 very enjoyable. The added convenience of housekeeping and maintenance staff was great. Having a water dispenser on the counter was another nice touch. 5th Avenue shopping & restaurants and the ferry to Cozumel are only a quick walk along the beach. There was also a grill available near the pool area--we had a great bbq with family and friends with an ocean view, then a swim afterwards! Our family had an amazing time and hope to be back for another visit. Many thanks to the staff for everything!!!

  It is the best location in Playa, walking distance to the shopping area but away from the crowds. The condo is really nice, well equipped, just as advertised. The pool area and the gardens of the complex are well kept and very attractive. The condo has a large balcony with excellent view to the ocean. The master bedroom faces the ocean. Had a great time in Playa.
