  We have stayed in many places in the Playa area and we enjoyed the property very much. It is very clean and the staff and other guests very friendly. The first day it smelled just a little damp, but after it was opened and the a/c and ceiling fans were run, it was fine!!

  The Xaman-Ha complex is the perfect place to be in Playa Del Carmen, a short walk to 5th Ave where all the action is. But far enough to have peace and quite, especially if you need your beauty sleep. It is on one of the nicest beach in Playa where there are no rocks and hard corals, just fine white sand and turquoise water. We stayed at condo 7117 and had a view of the pool and the ocean on both floors due to the fact that this condo has two balconies. They have beach chairs and parasol for guests so all you need is your beach towel, which is provided in the condo. Water was 85 degrees in July and one can stay in the water forever without getting cold. Pool water is even warmer with very shallow end for kids, very family oriented place. We will definitely be back...
